Meet Dan Catlin
For more than three decades, Daniel Catlin has been a driving force in real estate brokerage and development across Mid-Coast Maine. Since beginning his career in 1993, Dan has combined a deep understanding of the region with a genuine passion for strengthening its communities. A long-standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 20 years, he is dedicated to bringing high-quality retail and service businesses to the area.
As CEO of Commercial Properties, Inc., Dan leads with both vision and heart, guiding projects that blend smart growth with Maine’s signature character and charm. His early accomplishments include the redevelopment of the Hannaford Store, the development of the Androscoggin Savings Bank, and the acquisition and renovation of the historic Tontine Mall — all located in downtown Brunswick.
